## Your assigned equipment

Your plan identifies one program; the three arrangements below are distinct\.

### Grin

Grin uses the Grin App and Grin Scope® smartphone attachment for images and video reviewed by the provider\.

### DentalMonitoring

DentalMonitoring pairs its app with a smartphone and ScanBoxpro\. Your clinician configures the monitoring protocol; some instructions can be sent automatically\.

An automatic message does not necessarily mean your doctor has personally reviewed that submission\.

### OrthoFX® FXOnTrack™

OrthoFX® FXOnTrack™ uses smartphone photos with its supplied cheek retractor\.

## One fictional check\-in

In this fictional FXOnTrack™ episode, Maya's phone photos are received\. An AI warning goes through specialist verification and doctor review\. The doctor approves Rescue™ aligners for shipment\.

Maya explains: “The warning started a review\. My doctor has approved the Rescue™ shipment; that approval, not the alert alone, is the next\-step decision\. I follow my personal directions and keep necessary office visits\.”

For her own instructions or questions, Maya uses her assigned care team\. This example supplies a decision to understand; it supplies no appliance\-change instruction, shipping date or treatment result\.

For the earlier planning stage, the [digital\-preview guide](<https://alignerquestionsbroward.com/digital-preview-and-clinical-plan>) explains the difference between a representation and a clinical plan\.
