Your assigned equipment

Your plan identifies one program; the three arrangements below are distinct.

Grin

Grin uses the Grin App and Grin Scope® smartphone attachment for images and video reviewed by the provider.

DentalMonitoring

DentalMonitoring pairs its app with a smartphone and ScanBoxpro. Your clinician configures the monitoring protocol; some instructions can be sent automatically.

An automatic message does not necessarily mean your doctor has personally reviewed that submission.

OrthoFX® FXOnTrack™

OrthoFX® FXOnTrack™ uses smartphone photos with its supplied cheek retractor.

One fictional check-in

In this fictional FXOnTrack™ episode, Maya's phone photos are received. An AI warning goes through specialist verification and doctor review. The doctor approves Rescue™ aligners for shipment.

Maya explains: “The warning started a review. My doctor has approved the Rescue™ shipment; that approval, not the alert alone, is the next-step decision. I follow my personal directions and keep necessary office visits.”

For her own instructions or questions, Maya uses her assigned care team. This example supplies a decision to understand; it supplies no appliance-change instruction, shipping date or treatment result.
